Fractall collects four types of athlete data — all from the same mobile app, with no hardware required. Athletes spend under two minutes a day. Coaches get a complete readiness picture before every session.

After each training session, athletes open the app and rate how hard they worked on the Borg CR10 scale (1–10). Fractall automatically calculates internal training load — RPE × session duration — and feeds it into ACWR calculations on the coach dashboard. No spreadsheets, no manual math.
Session-linked
Each RPE submission is tied to a specific scheduled training session. Athletes pick from the sessions on their calendar for the day.
Colour-coded effort scale
Values 1–3 appear in green (light), 4–6 amber (moderate), 7–8 orange (vigorous), 9–10 red (max effort). Athletes see real-time effort descriptions as they move the slider.
Automatic load calculation
Fractall multiplies the RPE score by session duration to compute internal training load (AU). This feeds directly into ACWR, monotony, and strain calculations — no manual input from coaches.
Editable submissions
Athletes can update their RPE for any past session. Coaches always see the most recent value.
Offline-first
Submissions are saved locally when the athlete has no connection and sync automatically when they're back online.
