Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 4 weeks of full access at no cost. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you choose a plan based on the number of teams you manage.
What is the first 100 signups promotion?
The first 100 clubs to sign up get the full monitoring platform for €20 per team per month instead of the standard €53/team value. Once all 100 spots are taken, pricing may change. The counter on this page shows how many spots remain. Pro AI is a separate plan and is not part of the promo.
What is the Pro AI plan?
Pro AI is €100 per team per month. It includes everything in the Team plan and adds the MCP connector, which links your Fractall data to Claude or ChatGPT so you can ask about squads, athletes, and training load from the assistant you already use. You bring your own AI subscription and we never charge for AI usage.
What counts as one team?
One team is a single squad of athletes you manage together — for example, a football club's first squad, a basketball team, or an athletics training group. If you manage two separate squads, that counts as two teams.
Can I manage multiple teams in one account?
Yes. Add as many teams as you need, billed per team per month. There is no cap. If you run a large setup and want volume pricing, custom invoicing, or dedicated onboarding, talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. The per-team rate is the same; you just pay upfront for the year.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available until the end of your paid period. After that, you can export everything before the account closes. We never delete data without notice.
