Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 6 weeks of full access at no cost. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you choose a plan based on the number of teams you manage.
What counts as one team?
One team is a single squad of athletes you manage together — for example, a football club's first squad, a basketball team, or an athletics training group. If you manage two separate squads, that counts as two teams.
Can I manage multiple teams in one account?
Yes. You can add as many teams as you need to one Fractall account. Volume discounts apply automatically: lower cost per team the more teams you have.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. The per-team rate is the same; you just pay upfront for the year.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available until the end of your paid period. After that, you can export everything before the account closes. We never delete data without notice.
