About Fractall
Fractall was born from frustration, fatigue, and a coach trying to do right by athletes with the wrong tools.
How it started
Guy, our co-founder, worked as a Strength and Conditioning (S&C) coach for more than six years. He faced the same problem every season: expensive tools that smaller clubs could never afford, or cheap tools with poor UX that were never designed around real S&C pain.
He needed software that respected the reality of his coaching environment.
The Problem We Refuse To Accept
Coaches are in sports because they care about athletes, performance, and the field. What they should not have to do is spend nights and weekends trapped in spreadsheets.
Guy used vacations preparing sheets and buying templates just to keep basic monitoring alive. Mid-season, the burden became too heavy and the system collapsed.
So We Built Fractall.fit
Fractall.fit exists to democratize access to science-based sports technology. Good S&C software should not be a privilege reserved for top-budget organizations.
We started with the most basic and essential workflow: load control through RPE, wellness, and body pain. Basic monitoring that should always have been accessible.
Guy couldn't do this even for one team while managing seven. Now he can run it in about 20 minutes.
Our Manifesto
Lower-level sports professionals have been ignored for too long. They are not less important. Their work is not less valuable.
Burnout in coaching is rising. Pressure is rising. Expectations are rising. Support is not.
We believe everyone deserves better tools, better support, and real respect. Fractall does the data-heavy work so coaches can focus on what matters most: coaching humans.
Our Beginning
The idea was already being discussed by Guy and Filipe in 2024. In mid-July 2025, the conditions aligned to start building for real. Guy spoke with Gabriel, and they started shipping immediately.
We are still early, but the mission is fixed: make strong, practical S&C technology accessible to everyone.
