Rank your whole squad the day you test them.
Fractall scores 32 tests across six categories on the same 0 to 100 scale, so a sprint time and a jump height sit in one view. Enter the squad in one grid and read the radar the same afternoon.

Five performance categories on the radar. Anthropometric stays descriptive and sits outside it.

Sound familiar?
Most clubs run a testing day. Far fewer get anything back from one.
The results die in the sheet
You block out a morning and run the whole squad. Then you type it all up. Nobody opens the file again until the next testing block comes round.
Raw numbers don't compare
A 2.8 second sprint and a 42cm jump sit on different scales. Normalising them by hand means a lookup table per test, per sex. So the squad ranking you wanted out of the day never gets built.
The useful arithmetic never happens
Left against right asymmetry, or strength relative to bodyweight. It's arithmetic you could do on any of these numbers, and it rarely survives a busy week.
How it works
Enter a testing session, read the squad the same day.
Pick the session and the tests
Choose the date, the athletes and which of the 32 tests you ran. File it under a named assessment window like pre-season, then filter the whole dashboard by that window later.
Fill one grid
Athletes down the side, tests across the top. Single leg CMJ and the T-test take a left and a right value on the same row. Strength takes the load and the reps, and the estimated 1RM lands on save.
Read the radar
Power, strength, speed and aerobic score from 0 to 100 against the bands for the athlete's sex, with Average at 0 and Excellent at 100. Mobility and anthropometric use one fixed range. Each card ranks the athletes in it, so the names sit on the screen instead of three clicks into a table.
The catalogue
32 tests, seeded before your first session
Six categories arrive populated per team, each with a written protocol you can open while you run it.
Power
6 testsCountermovement jump, squat jump, drop jump, single leg CMJ, broad jump, single leg broad jump
Mobility
7 itemsA seven item movement screen scored 0 to 3, with left and right stored separately where the item calls for it
Anthropometric
4 testsHeight, weight, body fat, lean body mass
Strength
7 testsBack squat, deadlift, bench press and trap bar squat from load and reps, plus IMTP, single leg calf raise and single leg hamstring bridge
Speed
4 tests10m and 30m sprints, the T-test and max velocity
Aerobic
4 testsBronco, 30-15 IFT, Yo-Yo IR1 and Yo-Yo IR2, all run on a pitch with cones
Anthropometric stays descriptive and sits outside the performance radar, because height and body mass aren't things an athlete scores well or badly at.
What you get out of a testing day
Nothing to configure first
Anthropometric, power, strength, speed, mobility and aerobic arrive populated per team, with a written protocol on every test you can open while you run it.
One scale across every category
Each raw result normalises against that metric's own range and direction, so a faster time and a higher jump both read as a better score.
1RM estimated from a working set
Enter the load and the reps from a submaximal set on back squat, deadlift or bench. Fractall estimates the one rep max, then divides it by bodyweight so you can compare a 60kg athlete to a 95kg one.
Left and right stay apart
Single leg CMJ and the T-test store both sides, and the asymmetry percentage is calculated for you. Nothing gets averaged away at entry.
Reference bands your team can edit
Power, strength, speed and aerobic results classify from Excellent through Poor against separate bands for men and women. The Fractall defaults ship ready, and each team can edit its own Excellent, Good and Average bands.
Numbers you didn't enter
BMI, sprint velocity in metres per second, MAS from the Bronco, movement screen total, and the jump profile from your countermovement and squat jump. All worked out from the numbers you already typed.

What it doesn't do yet
Physical testing shipped recently. Here's where the edges are.
- No trend over timeThe dashboard shows the latest result per test, not a progress line.
- No retest comparisonYou can't yet diff one testing session against another.
- No custom testsThe 32 seeded tests across six categories are the catalogue.
- Coach entry on the webAthletes don't enter their own test results.
- Not in the exportsTest results aren't part of the daily, weekly or athlete reports.
What coaches say about Fractall
“Fractall has fundamentally improved how we manage performance. It brings together training load, recovery and risk into a single, clear view, allowing us to oversee multiple teams efficiently and focus on decision-making rather than data collection.”
Miguel Vieira
S&C Coach · Portuguese National Volleyball Team
“Understanding how athletes perceive workload is crucial when adjusting training stimuli to readiness state. Fractall provides clear, intuitive integration of workload and recovery metrics, strengthening technical decisions in chaotic contexts.”
Telmo António
Strength and Conditioning Coach · JuveForce ADC
“Fractall has become a critical extension of our methodology. It helps us close the gap between quantified training load and the athlete physiological state.”
Guenadi Galvez
Performance Innovation Specialist · Biomechanics & Data

Common questions
Which physical tests can I run in Fractall?+
32 tests across six categories, seeded and ready to use. Power covers countermovement jump, squat jump, drop jump, single leg CMJ, broad jump and single leg broad jump, with reactive strength index on the drop jump. Strength covers back squat, deadlift, bench press and trap bar squat from load and reps, plus IMTP, single leg calf raise and single leg hamstring bridge. Speed covers 10m and 30m sprints, the T-test and max velocity. Aerobic covers the Bronco, 30-15 IFT, Yo-Yo IR1 and Yo-Yo IR2. Mobility is a seven item movement screen scored 0 to 3. Anthropometric covers height, weight, body fat and lean body mass.
Do I need force plates or lab equipment?+
No. Fractall doesn't sell hardware and doesn't require any. Most of the catalogue runs with what a club already has, and the aerobic tests need nothing beyond cones. If you do have kit, like timing gates for sprints or a force plate for the IMTP, the numbers it gives you go into the same grid as everything else.
How does Fractall compare athletes across different tests?+
Each raw result is normalised against that metric's own reference range and direction, which puts every category on a 0 to 100 scale. A faster sprint and a higher jump both score higher. That's what lets a 2.8 second time and a 42cm jump sit on the same radar.
Do the reference bands account for sex?+
Yes, for power, strength, speed and aerobic. Results classify from Excellent through Poor against separate bands for men and women. Fractall's defaults ship with every team, and you can edit your team's Excellent, Good and Average bands per sex in settings. Body composition and the movement screen use one fixed range for both sexes instead. Athletes need their sex recorded on their profile to appear in physical testing at all.
What does Fractall calculate that I didn't type in?+
Estimated 1RM from your load and reps, strength relative to bodyweight, left against right asymmetry on single leg CMJ and the T-test, BMI, sprint velocity in metres per second, maximal aerobic speed from the Bronco, movement screen total, and the ratio between countermovement and squat jump that tells you whether an athlete is strength or plyometric dominant.
Can athletes enter their own test results?+
No. Physical test entry is coach side on the web today. Athletes use the mobile app for wellness and sRPE, and staff enter test results in the bulk grid.
Can I see whether an athlete improved since the last testing block?+
Not yet. The dashboard shows the latest result per test rather than a progress line, and there's no comparison between two testing sessions.
Can I add a test that isn't in the catalogue?+
Not today. The 32 seeded tests are the full catalogue, and custom tests aren't supported yet.
How long does setup take?+
The catalogue arrives populated per team, so there's nothing to configure before your first session. Create your team, add your athletes with their sex recorded, and you can enter a testing day the same afternoon.
