A 30m sprint and a T-test, entered as durations and scored against your squad average and reference bands for the athlete's sex. Two tests, and they cover linear speed and change of direction between them.
Screenshot pending: the speed test catalogue
The 30m covers acceleration and top end in one run. The T-test adds lateral movement and deceleration, which is where most field sport athletes actually separate.
30m sprint
Entered as a duration, per athlete per session.
T-test
Change of direction, also entered as a duration.
Screenshot pending: the bulk test entry grid
Athletes down the side, both tests across the top, keyboard navigable. Speed uses a duration value type, so times go in the way your timing gates report them.
Duration value type
Times rather than plain numbers.
Bulk grid
The whole squad and both tests in one save.
Assessment groups
File the session under a named window like pre-season.
Editable after the fact
Reopen any past session and correct it.
Screenshot pending: the squad roster and category radar
Times normalise to a 0 to 100 score per test, and a faster time scores higher, so speed reads the same direction as every other category on the radar. Speed results also classify into bands from excellent through poor, with separate reference thresholds by sex.
Squad ranking
A sortable roster with a speed score, and the top and bottom performer called out.
Against the team mean
Each athlete's score next to the squad average.
Reference bands
Excellent through poor, with sex specific thresholds.
Radar and bar charts
Category radar per athlete or team, and a bar chart per test.
Physical testing shipped recently. These are the edges of it, worth knowing before a trial rather than after.
No trend over time
The dashboard shows the latest result per test, not a progress line.
No retest comparison
You can't yet diff one testing session against another.
No custom tests
The 23 seeded tests across six categories are the catalogue.
Web only
Coach entry on the web, with no athlete self entry.
