Anthropometric and Body Composition Testing

Height, weight, body fat and lean body mass, entered for the whole squad in one grid and read next to your team average. Four tests, seeded and ready before your first testing day.

Fractall New Test Event sheet with the anthropometric tests listed: body weight, body height, body fat and lean body mass

Available anthropometric tests

Anthropometric arrives populated, so a testing day doesn't start with configuration. All four take a plain number, which makes this the fastest category to run through a squad.

Height

Entered as a number, per athlete per session.

Weight

Same, and the one most clubs repeat most often.

Body fat

Recorded as a value you supply from your own method.

Lean body mass

Stored alongside body fat on the same record.

Test data entry

Pick the date, the athletes and the tests, then fill a grid with athletes down the side and tests across the top. It's keyboard navigable, so you're not clicking between fields with a caliper in your hand. Reopen the session later if a number needs correcting.

Bulk grid

Many athletes and four tests in one save.

Assessment groups

File the session under a named window like pre-season.

Editable after the fact

Reopen any past session and change it.

Benchmarking

Raw values normalise to a 0 to 100 score per test against one fixed range, the same for men and women. Every athlete's score shows next to the team mean. Anthropometric stays off the performance radar, because height and body mass aren't things an athlete scores well or badly at.

Squad ranking

A sortable roster with a score per category.

Against the team mean

Each athlete's score plotted next to the squad average.

Bar charts, no radar

A bar chart per test. Anthropometric sits outside the category radar.

No team bands here

The benchmarks each team can edit cover power, strength, speed and aerobic. Anthropometric keeps its fixed range.

Scope and limits

Physical testing shipped recently. These are the edges of it, worth knowing before a trial rather than after.

No trend over time

The dashboard shows the latest result per test, not a progress line.

No retest comparison

You can't yet diff one testing session against another.

No custom tests

The 32 seeded tests across six categories are the catalogue.

Web only

Coach entry on the web, with no athlete self entry.

Not in reports yet

Test results aren't part of the daily, weekly or athlete exports.
