1. Data We Collect

We collect data you provide directly, data created through your use of Fractall, and limited technical data required to run the service.

• Account and profile data: name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, nationality, role, and position
• Organization data: club, team, sport, and athlete/team assignment context
• Training context data: training session participation, session dates/times, and related metadata needed for RPE submission flows
• Usage and technical data: device/browser type, IP address, and platform interaction analytics events

2. Health Data We Access and Collect (Google Play Disclosure)

Fractall collects Health Data only when entered by the user in the app. We do not sell Health Data and do not use Health Data for advertising.

• Wellness metrics: sleep quality, muscle soreness, stress level, mood, and fatigue
• Body pain entries: pain location/body part, side (left, right, common), pain type, intensity, and optional description
• Menstrual health data: menstruation-cycle status (on/off)
• Exertion data: RPE (rate of perceived exertion) values for training sessions
• Optional free-text notes submitted with wellness or RPE check-ins

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and improve Fractall services, including athlete wellness and training load tracking
• Use Health Data to show personal logs, trends, and performance/recovery insights in the app
• Use Health Data to provide team-level and athlete-level insights to authorized coaches and club staff
• Support onboarding and customer communications
• Maintain platform security and reliability
• Produce anonymized and aggregated statistical studies and insights that do not identify individuals
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Bases

Where applicable (including GDPR regions), we process personal data under consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal compliance.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data, including Health Data. We may share data with trusted processors and service providers required to operate the platform (for example, infrastructure, communications, and analytics providers) under appropriate contractual safeguards. Health Data is shared within Fractall only to deliver the service, such as authorized coach and club staff views.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, security, and accounting requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data.
