Connect Fractall to Claude once, then ask about your squad the way you'd ask an assistant coach. Load, GPS, wellness, injuries, who hasn't submitted yet. It's in open beta on the Pro AI plan, and it only reads, so it can answer questions but never change anything.
The connector runs on MCP, an open standard for giving an assistant access to a system. You add it once in Claude Desktop, sign in to Fractall, and from then on you ask in your own words instead of rebuilding a dashboard filter. Follow-up questions work the way they do in any other chat.

The tools cover the same ground as your dashboard: teams and rosters, daily wellness, session RPE and training load, GPS, and the injury register. Ask for squad load over the last two weeks and Claude pulls ACWR, monotony and strain for every athlete in one call, then tells you who stands out.

On Claude's Free, Pro and Max plans, Anthropic can use your chats to train its models while "Help improve our AI models" is on. Anthropic says raw content Claude reads through connectors isn't included in training data, but your conversations, including Claude's answers about your squad, follow that setting. Switch it off in Settings, Privacy before you connect. On Team and Enterprise plans, Anthropic doesn't train on your chats by default.
Setup is a one-off in Claude Desktop. Add Fractall.fit as a custom connector, sign in, allow access. It's a few clicks and no developer setup, and the guide walks through it with screenshots. When you're done, ask Claude to list your teams. If the names come back, you're connected.
