Sessions you schedule in Fractall become the anchor for everything that follows. Athletes see the session in their app and submit sRPE against it, so load lands on the right day without anyone retyping a thing.

Set a title, date, start and end time, then pick who's in it. You can set a target sRPE, tag the session, and write the objectives on the session itself. Each participant can carry their own duration when part of the squad does a shorter version.
Day, week and month views
The calendar runs on schedule-x, with training cycles drawn across the top as banners.
Session types
Training session, match day, or return to play.
Per participant duration
Override the session duration for individual athletes, with a bulk set for everyone else.
Objectives on the session
Tactical and physical objectives sit on the session entry.
Target sRPE
Record what you intended, then compare it against what athletes actually reported.
Screenshot pending: the recurrence rule editor
Recurring sessions run on a real recurrence rule, not copy and paste. Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with an interval, specific weekdays, and an end date or an occurrence count. When you edit one, Fractall asks whether you mean this session, this and everything after, or the whole series.
Recurrence rules
Frequency, interval, weekday selection and an end condition.
Scope aware edits
Change one occurrence without breaking the rest of the series.
Exceptions
A moved or deleted occurrence is tracked as an override rather than corrupting the pattern.
Screenshot pending: cycle banners across the calendar
Cycles group a date range under a title and type, and render as banners across the calendar behind your sessions. Because sRPE and wellness are already tied to the sessions inside a cycle, you can look back at a block and see what it actually cost.
Three cycle types
Micro, meso and macro, created the same way.
Drawn on the calendar
Cycles sit behind the sessions they contain.
Microcycle export
Microcycles have a dedicated print formatted export.
