ChatGPT & Fractall.fit

Add the Fractall.fit plugin marketplace in ChatGPT Desktop, install Fractall.fit, allow access in the browser, and confirm with a simple teams question.

What you'll do

This guide uses ChatGPT Desktop in Work mode. You add the Fractall plugin marketplace once, install Fractall.fit, click Allow in the browser, then ask a simple question to confirm it worked.

  1. Open PluginsIn ChatGPT Desktop Work, open Plugins in the sidebar.
  2. Add the Fractall marketplacePaste the Fractall GitHub marketplace link.
  3. Install Fractall.fitInstall Fractall.fit from your Personal plugins.
  4. Allow accessClick Allow on the Connect to Fractall screen.
  5. Check it worksAsk ChatGPT to list your Fractall teams.

Before you start

Use ChatGPT Desktop with access to Work and Plugins. Have your Fractall email and password ready. New to Connect to AI? Read What is Connect to AI? first.

Open Plugins

Open ChatGPT Desktop. Switch to Work at the top if you are not already there.

In the left sidebar, click Plugins.

Add the Fractall marketplace

At the top right of Plugins, click Add, then Add a marketplace.

In the dialog, paste this into Source:

https://github.com/Fractall-fit/llm-plugin-fractall

Leave Git ref and Sparse paths blank. Click Add marketplace.

Paste the Fractall marketplace link, then add it.

Install Fractall.fit

On the Plugins page, open the Personal tab. Find Fractall.fit and click Install.

Allow Fractall access

A browser window opens for Fractall. If you see a Fractall sign-in form, sign in with your Fractall email and password.

Next you should see Connect to Fractall. Check that the account email is yours, then click Allow.

Click Allow so ChatGPT can use your Fractall account.

If the app name says Codex

That is normal for this ChatGPT Desktop path. As long as the account email is yours, click Allow.

Success check

Go back to Work and open a new chat. Send this message:

List all teams I have access to in fractall.fit

ChatGPT may ask you to confirm a tool call. Approve it. You should see your Fractall team names in the reply.

Sign in again

If answers stop working or ChatGPT asks you to reconnect:

  1. Open Plugins and find Fractall.fit
  2. Uninstall or disconnect it, then click Install again
  3. Click Allow on the Connect to Fractall screen
  4. Ask List all teams I have access to in fractall.fit again

Still failing? Remove the Fractall marketplace, add it again with the same GitHub source, then install Fractall.fit. If that does not fix it, contact support and mention Connect to AI / ChatGPT Desktop.

Quick tips

  • This setup uses ChatGPT Desktop Work → Plugins, not the Claude-style custom connector form.
  • You only see Fractall data your account can already access in the app.
