Getting started with Fractall

Set up the first team workspace, invite staff, and prepare athletes for daily monitoring.

Before you begin

Fractall works best when each team has a clear monitoring rhythm before athletes start submitting data. Decide who owns setup, who reviews alerts, and which athletes should be included in the first rollout.

Recommended first rollout

Start with one squad, one staff owner, and the core daily wellness and RPE workflow. Expand after the first review cycle is working.

Initial setup steps

    Create or confirm the team workspace

    Use the team workspace for shared athlete lists, staff access, and monitoring reports.

    Invite staff members

    Add coaches, performance staff, and medical staff who need visibility into athlete status.

    Add athletes

    Import or create athlete profiles with enough detail to identify squads, positions, and availability.

    Agree on the review rhythm

    Set the expected daily check-in time and the weekly moment when staff review trends together.

What to do next

After the workspace is ready, run a short internal test with staff accounts before inviting athletes. Check that notifications, athlete lists, and report access match the way the team actually works.
