Billing and plans

Fractall charges by number of teams — not athletes or coaches. All plans include unlimited athletes and unlimited coaching staff. Open billing when your trial ends or when you add teams to your club.

   Open billingWorkspace menu or Organization Settings.

   Manage your planTeams, period, payment method, and billing email.

Click the workspace menu and select Billing & usage, or open Organization Settings and select the Billing tab.

Review trial status, team limit, and current number of teams. Switch between Monthly and Yearly billing and adjust the number of teams with the slider.

Click Add Payment Method to open Stripe Checkout in a new tab. Update the Billing email for invoices and click Save email.
