Export reports
Export daily and range PDFs, CSV data and share links from Wellness & Load.
What you can export
Share monitoring snapshots with staff or keep records for medical meetings. Export a daily or range PDF from Wellness & Load, or download the raw data as CSV.
Export from Wellness & Load
In Wellness & Load, click Export Report in the top toolbar. The PDF reflects your current athlete, tag, and date filters β set those before exporting so the report matches what you see on screen.
Set Export type to PDF, then choose a Report Type. A Daily Report covers one day. Under Report Sections, pick from Executive Summary, Wellness and Training Load. With Training Load included, Training Scope lets you report All sessions today or a single session.
A Range Report covers anywhere from 2 to 28 days. Its Observations section only appears when the range is exactly 7 days, so pick a full week if you want them.
Useful before staff meetings or when you need a dated snapshot of wellness and load for a specific squad.
Example PDF reports
Use these demo PDFs to see what the exported reports look like before you generate your own from the app.
Daily team report example
A 6-page PDF for one selected day, useful for a quick staff snapshot. Open the daily report in a new tab.
Range report example
A 5-page example covering one week. It was exported before the weekly report became the range report, so yours may not match it page for page. Open the range report example in a new tab.
Athlete Twin report example
A 3-page PDF focused on one athlete's wellness, load, and profile context. Open the Athlete Twin report in a new tab.
Export raw data as CSV
Set Export type to CSV when you want the numbers rather than a report. Choose a Date range (it starts at the last 30 days, and there's no upper limit) and click Export CSV.
You get a zip with three files. The wellness file has each item score (sleep quality, muscle soreness, stress, mood, fatigue), the total wellness score, notes and whether the athlete was on their period. The RPE file has the session name, RPE, duration in minutes, training load and notes. The body pain file has the body part, intensity, side, type and description.
The download link works for 24 hours, so save the zip once you have it.
